Subject to Articles 7.2 and 7.3 of the Constitution and the Convention Rules, only resolutions that meet the following criteria will be considered:
(i) they must be received in writing no later than thirty (30) days before the opening date of the Convention, i.e., no later than March 7, 2019, at 23:59;
(ii) they must be proposed by two members at the time of their submittal and must indicate whether or not an electoral district association has ratified them; and
(iii) these two members must be duly registered for the Convention and must be delegate members no later than ten (10) days before the opening date of the Convention, i.e., no later than March 27th, 2019, at 23:59. A committee formed by the Organizing Committee will determine the order in which the resolutions are submitted to the delegate members; priority is given to resolutions that directly correspond to the theme of the Convention and those that emanate from an electoral district association, as the case may be.
You are invited to submit your policy resolutions via the online form no later than March 7, 2019, at 23:59.
The Party’s Policy Committee, in collaboration with the Communications Committee, has established a web platform that allows participants to read and comment on the policy propositions that will be discussed at the Convention. This platform is currently being tested, and your feedback is appreciated.
Shortly after registering for the Convention, an access code will be created and emailed to you.
